“Vintage Designs from the Modern Girl” –this is the tag line for Mice & Birds a company started by Alyssa Renee Walker.

Alyssa was a bridesmaid from one of the weddings I photographed this summer. She has been a great supporter of mine since I had the pleasure of meeting her and shooting one of her best friend’s wedding. I recently discovered that she too has a very unique creative outlet and I thought I would share it with all of you!

She creates one of a kind accessories from her very own home, all for very reasonable prices! Each design is handmade with care by Alyssa Renee. Most of her items feature vintage buttons passed down to her from her great grandmother. So, when you admire your beautiful designer looks be sure to thank “Nana.”
